Sheryl Mooney - Biography

A life-long fitness enthusiast, Sheryl first experienced the value of strength training as a high school and college athlete.  Following a 20 year career in Information Technology, Sheryl decided to pursue her passion in the health and fitness industry.  Sheryl has a Bachelors Degree from Bradley University and an MBA from DePaul University.  She has studied movement sciences and fitness rehabilitation, and is certified by ISSA as a  Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Exercise Therapy as well as a Certified Pilates Instructor.  She also serves on the board of Here Comes The Sun, a cancer-survivor/cancer awareness not-for-profit organization.  Sheryl lives and works in the Chicago area.
